...for a used Browning Buckmark camper, good condition, used for 1 year, 1,000 rounds or less through it (not sure, haven't counted, maybe more like 500)? I want to use the money to buy an Yugo SKS.
Also, how would I go about selling it? What would I have to do, fees to pay, etc.?

I traded my Browning buckmark at a gunshow and got $200 for it. Most of the dealers I saw earlier at the show were willing to give $170 outright for it. I had about 1000 rounds through the pistol. You should be able to trade straight across for a Yugo SKS, heck you should even get a little money in the deal.
