While rearranging the gun closet I came upon a bandolier of .223 in strippers. The headstamp has a NATO cross, and RORG 89

The brass is kinda two-tone, with what appears to be an FMJ bullet.

Is this Greek ammo? I thought I had some SS-109, but I'm not sure if this is it.

Thanks

Not totally sure .... maybe need to find a site re headstamps but I'd say that RORG is in fact ''Royal Ordnance - Radway and Green'' ... from UK. 89 would be yr of manufacture.

If I'm right then that should be good ammo.

I have a couple of .223 rounds from Radway Green with frangible bullets.

They appear to be sintered. Very interesting looking.
