Otis has a pin punch for taking down Glocks. Not having a Glock so I wouldn't know what it's for, can anyone tell me what it is, and will it work on other pistols like my Beretta?

The punch is for taking out the pins in the Glock frame for complete disassembly of the pistol. I can't remember which, but it is a standard size and any old long punch of that size will do. Glock markets one of these for their armorers (thery're practically free). Won't get you very far on Berettas, maybe a little farther on 1911s.

All Glock receivers can be taken completely apart with just that punch. There are two pins, one just above the trigger, and the other on the backstrap. Most would use it to change the trigger. I have no clue if it would work for a Beretta. It is a 3/13 punch.

In fact, the entire Glock needs only this punch to dissassemble slide and reciever. Cool:

This is a very simple pistol. Elegant.

Also helps for Glock factory magazine disassembly. Those baseplates don't just slide off.
