Anyone want to help me guess a H&K trade-in value?

I'm considering trading my USP on something, I don't know what yet.
It's a KH (1998) coded Full Size .40 S&W Variant 1 with the stainless slide. It has some holster wear and a decent scratch on the frame and one on the slide.
I have the following accessories that could go with it:
2 10-round mags
2 13-round mags
TFO night sights installed (original 3-dot sights included)
CTAC holster with standard clips & V-clips
Don Hume 721OT holster, black
Original hard plastic case w/padlock
Original owner's manual
Anyone care to give me an educated guess on what I might be able to get for it on trade?

Are you paying homage to that HK brochure from several years ago? :neener:
If you are looking to trade you will likely only get about half of current FMV.

IMO, as long as the firearm is in good condition, you should be able to get anywhere from 550-700 for it if you sell it. Trade in, you will get 500 or less. It all depends on the dealer you choose.
If you decide on a price, let me know. I may be interested.

I might give 400.00 on a trade if the gun looks real good.

I know my eyes are not that good anymore, but I swear, it appears that the bullets are in backwards in the magazine.
Tell me I'm wrong..

Yes, they are backwards. That would lower the price :)

I would go to places like hkpro.com & see what you could get in a private party transaction...if you just trade it in at a dealer, you're gonna get hosed.

According to "Blue Book of Gun Values", Twenty-Eighth Edition, value of a USP 40 Stainless @ 98% is $565. (without all your goodies);)

+1 on "don't go to a dealer" unless you know the dealer and you know they're not crooks. Sell it online.
The local dealer here (and of course the pawn shops) will completely rip off anyone they can. I've seen a person sell a Carbon-15s with a dozen mags and a $100 sling for $300 to this place, as well as a high-dollar 1911 for well under market.

Hmmm, ~ Accuracy, Reliability - No Compromise ~
Apparently, the Top Brass at HK approved the second picture as well, and it really makes me wonder, who's in charge and, Heaven knows what else slipped by The _Professionals..
Maybe the bullets in backwards in the Magazine are designed for Safety-minded buyers to see and think, it's safe.
I think I hear Mr. Trump :what: "You're Fired"
