I am so stoked and wanted to get some feedback from some of the others here at THR. Yesterday I took my Uzi into a local gun shop here in the Dallas area and traded it for a Kimber Ultra II > 3 inch stanless

Does anyone own one and what are your thoughts on the Ultra II staneless

Thanks,
Mike

I have very little experience w/ Uzis and I do like 1911's so I say GOOD JOB! ;)

Good for you. I'd rather have 1 1911 than 10 uzi's:eek:

Okay, I'll be the voice of reason.

IF you traded in an IMI Uzi on a Kimber pistol, you're a moron.

If it wasn't an IMI Uzi, or was one of those freakish long-barrelled varients, you did the right thing; if it was a short-barrelled collectors item, you just got had by the gunshop.

There are no "if it was a short-barreled collectors item(s)." If he turned in a registered SBR Uzi on a Kimber....there's going to be a problem.

It was a action arms model A with the long barrel > nothing special from what I have been reading and told
