Ruger MKII Disconnector

So Ruger has some stupid rule that says I can't buy a disconnector for my MKII. Does anyone know where I can get a new one?

For the record brownells and numrich are both no. http://www.parts4guns.com/ has it, but according to him since I don't have an FFL I don't have the skills needed to replace it and ruger won't let him sell it to me.
