Some dealers are advertising Bulgarian 5.45 that is non-corrosive. And yet I have seen statements that all milsurp 5.45 is corrosive. What are the facts?

ATC June 1, 2007, 10:33 PM If it's milsurp and in the country right now, it's corrosive. Don't believe differently.
