Surplus Military Tuff Lefty Bolt? Is there such a thing?

I'm wanting to add a tuff lefty bolt rifle. I really don't care about caliber, but would like it to be .223 or bigger. Maybe a carbine length.
I'm sick and tired of messing around with singleshots. I want a quicker second shot. And I like the lever actions, but I want a wider selection of bullets.
Thanks, Jerry

Remington is now selling a pump action that uses AR mags, obviously chambered in .223. Your limited to whatever OAL will fit in the mag, but you don't have to worry about the no pointed or round nose limitations attached to a tube mag. They also make low a low capacity pump in .243, .308, .30-06 and maybe a couple other rounds as well.
