I remember this was a pretty hot topic on TFL when it first happened. After all this time, the Texas woman who left a man stuck in her windshield to die is now going to trial:

It's a Hate Crime! She wouldn't have left him to die had he been a member of a visible minority group. Just let the honky croak and then dump the body in a park.

Maybe this was one of those "pre-emptive administrations of justice"?

I mean, the guy was homeless after all, and we know what sorts of criminals the homeless are... :rolleyes:
