Rio 28 gauge loads

Does anyone have a load or a source for 28 gague in Spanish manufactured Rio cases> I like to keep pressure near or under 10,000.:D

If I were you, I'd compare these to the 28 gauge Fiocchi shotshells and see if they are the same. A lot of foreign manufacturers will have very similar basewad designs. If all the measurements line up and they are the same, I'd try loading a couple to Fiocchi specs and testing them out. When I was sure they were the same, I'd proceed to load a few more. Rio's generally are sold as an inexpensive hull and tend to not be reloadable compared with something like the AA's or STS's.
