Cradle to Grave Nanny-State Indoctrination

I saw an episode of Sesame Street that had me chewing nails and spitting rivets at the TV the other day.
It was about "sharing". :)
The dialogue between Elmo and some other sock puppet was about "something I like and something you like and putting them together, so we BOTH get some"... (okay, no problem there...)
...but THEN it went on to say "and if you have MORE, then you should give me some of yours, so it will be EVEN."....
These Public TV Libs are pushing a socialist "nanny-state" agenda and indoctrinating the Welfare State recipients from the CRADLE, and it
P I S S E D M E OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...how am I going to watch my favorite show, now that it has become politically biased?

Hey, I don't mind Elmo...I practically grew literate on Sesame Street (sans Elmo) two years before elementary school.
It's a shame they have to use him for "get 'em early, get 'em young" indoctrination of egalitarian bull, but everybody who's ever been around a bunch of four-year old kids will tell you that such cutesy pleas have little chance of succeeding.
"If you have more, you should give me some of yours, so we're even!"
Right. Good way to get a bewildered look, or a plastic shovel on the head. Little tykes internalize the concepts of capitalism much faster than those of egalitarianism, because capitalism comes more naturally and doesn't need constant brainwashing for reinforcement.

I remember Ernie and Bert would have milk and cookies.
Ernie would say: "Bert its not fair you have more milk and cookies
than me"
Ernie would then eat some of Bert's cookies and drink some of berts milk.
Then Ernie would say "gee bert now I have more milk and cookies than you"
Then Ernie would eat some of his own milk and cookies to try and even it up
This would go on until both plates were empty and Bert got nothing.
I think that was the best lesson on socialism I ever got.

Quick, someone write a gun rag article! What kind of little plastic shovel to carry in bear country, or which Tonka truck does SEAL Team 37.5 prefer, or 9mm little plastic bucket v. .45 little plastic bucket--the experts debate.
:D
