Are any of them safe to fire live ammo through?

I just like the "deviant" look of a can on the end of a barrel, and the added weight would no doubt help to improve my accuracy.

So, is there such a thing?

Thanks.

There are many fake cans designed to be attached to firearms and there is no danger in firing the weapon with them attached.
In some cases, like the Mac SMG's...it is almost necessary to screw them on to the muzzle in order to be able to have something to hold on to thereby allowing you to control the weapon during firing.
Fake suppressors are nothing more than a hollow tube that is threaded on one end and attaches to the muzzle of a gun, the external dimensions are irrelevant.
