Locktight for scope mount?

I have an aimpoint on a .500 and after about 40 shots the mount screw starts to loosen. It is one of those wide A.R.M. rings which is supposed to be super strong. I read about people putting lock tight (blue?) on screws...is this a good fix? I would be really happy if I could just crank it down and be done with it.
Thanks

Try it and see. Finger nail polish will work sometimes also. If you use Loc-Tite do use the blue because it will allow the screws to be removed.

I locktite all of my screws and use a torque screwdriver to get proper and uniform torque on all the screws. Don't over do the locktite, you only need a drop or two.
