Decisions, Decisions...Or....How to spend $150.00

I've got a bit of hobby cash sitting around from some recent transactions here and at TFL. I'm planning a trip to Bass Pro Shops later this week. (on vacation :))
Some things I'm considering spending my money on:
1) BSA Sweet 17 Scope for my Savage 9317. $70.00-80.00
2) Rifle Basix drop in adjustable trigger for my Savage 9317 $80.00 (would have to order)
3) Butler creek Heavy barrel and synthetic stock set for my 10/22. $150.00
4) Ammo (9mm, .45ACP, .30-06)
Help me decide. Basically I can upgrade my Savage 93, I can upgrade my 10/22, or I can spend it all on ammo.

I have not heard anything good about BC barrels for the 10/22, especially their carbon fiber barrels. Too much flex, not enough stiffness for good target accuracy. The Green Mountain barrels are typically regarded as "best bang for the buck" barrels but a new one will run you $105-110 from Shooter's Discount.
I vote for ammo or the adjustable trigger.

If you blow the money on ammo then after one trip it's gone. You buy a better stock for 10/22 or night sites for your carry piece or an optic for that rifle ... then you can use it over and over and years down the road you still have what you paid for.
Just my .02 ...

Ever considered reloading? IMO, it's the best thing you can spend money on gun-wise. Buying ammo is for suckers. Especially rifle rounds.

Powder, primers, and some lead, you're good to go.
So I'll go with #4, spend it on ammo.

Had a 10/22 with a Butler Creek Carbon barrel a few years back. Was like shooting a smooth bore. Accuracy was the worst I have ever seen on a rifle.
Totally worthless and never again!

I've been considering getting into reloading. Doing some searching here and other sites. I'm guessing that I could make a pretty good start with 150.00 by buying one of the Lee kits and some dies. Right now .45ACP is what I'm interested in starting with but eventually may go to 9mm and .30-06.
Help me with the terminology because I'm a complete noob when it comes to this. What is the difference between single stage and turret press?
