So I just held a CX4 in 45acp. It was used and $479 with the top rail. Not bad, I like how it handles and my plan to chop the barrel and add a suppressor would go over well I think. But the trigger was like doing a pull up with my finger. Way too heavy. I know a SD firearm has different standards than target or sniper rifles, but that sucker was Heavy.
I don't see anything listen on Brownells, and a google search didn't turn up much.

I have seen a writeup on how to make the factory trigger smoother. I don't recall where though. Try an internet search.
Good luck,

Wow. I completely forgot about this thread.
Thanks for that link. Any idea how light you can safely get the trigger? 5 lbs would be great IMO.

I was interested in doing the same set-up as you but I'v heard a lot of bad things about the cx4 as a suppressor host. http://www.silencertalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9062&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=8

Well, I don't mind the action making noise. I would just want the bang gone.
