Rock River Arms has a varmint gun in 18".

Several other companies can build something to 18", I know ADCO has a couple SPR packages in the 18" range.

LMT has one for the Monolithic Rail Platform, though I don't think they do a standard 18" upper.

CMMG sells a couple with 18 inch barrels. I bought an upper from them and I like it!

Sorry, totally missed the part about "beside CMMG".

They make some really nice 18" barrels and uppers in 223/5.56 and 6.5 Grendel.
