Kart barrel in DW Pointman Seven

I could not fit Kart barrel in DW Pointman Seven. With out a round in the chamber the slide moves to battle position perfectly but with a round ( both SWC and hardball) the slide is about 3mm to the battle position. With the same Kart barrel it works well in other 1911. What is the problem and how to fix it?

Does your ammo slide fully into the chamber, with the barrel out of the gun?
