Anyone have experience with this, especially in the Beretta 92 model? Does it irritate your leg or wobble? Comfortable enough for 16+ hours straight sitting, standing, and walking? Any first hand experiences?

I had the Omega thigh holster for a while and really didn't care for it.

Easily comfortable to carry a pistol for days on end. In fact, I finagled some of these for our guys before we deployed. While it renders your cargo pocket inaccessible, your hip pocket is still usable (moderately - I wouldn't put anything bulky in there or expect quick extraction of anything that's not clipped to the pocket).

Feel free to PM me for more info if you want it.

Edited to add:

I just bought the Blackhawk platform for mounting pouches...will be using two of them and a MOLLE belt instead of a MOLLE vest (weight on shoulders means back pain at the end of the day). Comfortable enough for my everyday use.

I can't speak as to thigh/tactical/drop rigs, but I do have a Blackhawk SERPA for my USP45 that can be worn as a paddle or on a belt. The holster itself is solidly made, and gives good retention without being too tight. The retention screw is adjustable, and most importantly, the release is in the right place.
