Yeah, I know, no obstruction HD. Who makes a 3 point or otherwise tactical sling for rifle/shotgun that is an easy install...wraps like the one in 'way of the gun'?
I have a gig that entails heavy hiking...need a sling. I lost the link I need. Not Knox, not Eagle, not Sidearmour. Search revealed no Mfrs.
Any help appreciated.

I have one for the 870 but fits my Benelli. I ditched it because I didn't like the way it hit my leg when I walked, and too complicated for me.
I prefer the Single-Points. Comfort is highly subjective. Dan Flory doesn't like the singlepoints as they give him the same problems I get when I wear a 3-point Giles-type sling.
I got it from Eagle Industries, do you want it?

My Remmy is set up with the Tactical Tailor version, I really like it has quick release feature.
Have been thinking about moving to a single point sling though.
Check em out at www.tacticaltailor.com good stuff, made in the USA!

Thanks for the offer Skunk.;)
After visiting Tacticaltailor (thanks shadow), I like the single-point better. Seems more simple.
Thanks

I feel pretty goofy with my simple old fashioned black nylon web sling on my Remington 870. It just attaches to the mag extension, and the sling swivel quick disconnect stud on the butt. All it does is let me carry the shotgun over my shoulder on long hikes. Not "tactical' at all. Works well for me though, since I have not been, and don't intend to go into harm's way carrying a shotgun.

cookhj, how are the Chalkers while wearing a pack? I heard they get in the way, but this is from a pretty TMF buddy but never tried it myself.

you know skunk, i've only tried one on once, but it felt quite good. you would want to put the sling on first and then put your tac vest, etc on over top. i need to try one out under my harris style assault vest that i have for the reserves, because they are a lot more comfortable than making a hasty tac sling out of your issue sling.

CQB Solutions SOP with Quick release. Came with Sideplate adapter for front.
My 'keeper' after trying eagle, blackhawk and standard-type slings.
Prefer the CQB Solutions wide material, comfortable and easy to use. Like the flexibility of carry of the style.
Best regards,
