I have just purchased a 12 gauge Browning Gold Hunter with a 28" barrel. Will I encounter any problems using Sellier & Bellot Sporting Clays shells in it? Will it cycle properly?

Thanks,

Should work fine. The BGH needs to have a 20W or so oil on the bolt rails, thin crap like remoil or oils like it are not heavy enough. Mobil 1 5w-30 works great. A little on the bolt surfaces that ride on the carrier too and no oil anywhere else.

Thanks!

What's your opinion of the Sellier & Bellot Sporting Clays ammo?

My opinion is not high, S&B has been OK in my experience but that is as far as it goes. There is a lot better ammo out there for a few more dollars if it is even more expesive. Take a look at the Remington Gun Club loads and the Federal 100 packs, they are the best cheap ammo I have seen yet.
