Since I asked about LAPD & Glock, and since the Los Angeles County Sheriff has been employing the 92fs for about the smae amount of time, I was wondering...What are they testing/reviewing to replace them? Which gun manufacturer has been courting the county contract?

I don't know that they are looking to replace them with something different. They just bought thousands of Crimson Trace LaserGrips for the Berettas.

I guess w/ all those deputies purchasing their own 45's, that would be a huge expense the department doesn't have to shoulder. But at some point, they too would have to realize those 92fseseseses :neener: (what is the plural for that? Does anyone know?) are getting pretty tired too!
