spanish 38 surplus?

i just picked up a sealed battle pack of 250 rounds of spanish 38 surplus it is in 25 round boxes and is marked 1983 how rare is this stuff?

I hadn't seen any in a few years. I still have about 600 rounds of the stuff. Pretty good practice ammo.

I remember getting the same stuff a few years back, but it came in 50 roumd boxes.
I would kill for some more, where did you get it?

I believe I got mine from SOG, but I haven't seen any for years. Maybe some gunshop somewhere still has some in a dusty corner.
The Winchester surplus from J&G is probably the closest you'll find these days, but it's not in sealed battle packs like the Santa Barbara.

I have a case of this ammo to, and It did come from SOG, DMK. Great ammo, not dirty and mild recoil.
