This time I mean it! I am not putting you back together again to go shooting "just because"! I am sealing the box and you are getting your new barrels fitted!

No! No more arguments!

"But you still have some old buckshot to burn up..."

No! Get in the box!

"These inexpensive high brass shells pattern so nicely, and your friend keeps asking you to come shooting..."

No! In the box!

"But I'm so comfortable, and what if they replace my ejector with an extractor?"

I don't care! You'll thank me later! Get in the box!

Wait... Where the heck did the box go?! I'm off to find another box since the wife apparently threw out the perfectly-sized one my Yugo underfolder came in... You stay put!

"Oh I'll be right here..."

Read that order form while I'm looking. You'll wanna leave by the time I get back from the garage.

"It says I'm getting the following barrels:

16 ga. 28" Full
12 ga. 22" Mod
28 ga. 22" Mod
20 ga. 24" Rifled Slug
.50 Cal 26" (1 in 28" twist) "

That's right. Hey, here's a box! In you go!

*muffled noises*

What?

"I said the mail will be busy this weekend. You sure you want to do this..?"

That's it, I'm doubling up on the tape!

*thump*

*thump thump*

*thump thump thump thump thump*

Get away from the ammo! You're going back to visit your family! I'm locking the door now!

*muffled noises*

I am soooo not listening to you...

HAHAHA! I had coffee nose after reading this. Bravo on your comedic outtake and congrats on your future barrels :)

When I get a hold of a 410 barrel, I see project written all over it.

And these where for an H&R 148 topper,

There was a 410 barrel, now a strange looking 22LR, unbeleaveable accurate!

and there was one more now a 357 Mag

The last one, for the full profile 158 action, is now a 25-20.

The next one a see, I will be hearing.......

No DON'T LOOK AT ME,

GO AWAY WE GAVE AT THE OFFICE

OH S*** HIDE IT'S HIM

HE SEE'S ME, I GET AN EXTREME MAKE OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gorgoroth:

Your sig inspires me to emulate it for one post, since we have similar interests:

Armory:

NEF .410, soon to have 6 barrels total
Yugo Underfolder AK47
Mosin-Nagant M44
Mosin-Nagant 91/30 ex-Dragoon
.357 Stainless Blackhawk
.357 SP101

Axes:

Jimmie Vaughn Tex-Mex Strat in Olympic White (love that extra-hot bridge pickup)

Westone Spectrum DX with Bendmaster Deluxe Tremolo, Coil Tap option, and a bad pickup selector switch... (first guitar)

R.I.P. Dimebag Darrell...

Big Az Al,

I'll be a Handi-Holic once I pick up a rifle action. I'm itching for one in .45-70 and .22 Hornet plus maybe an eventual custom setup in 7.62x54R someday... In the meantime I plan on getting some work done/doing some myself on the 16 gauge barrel for turkey shoots. I love all the custom jobs I see on greybeard's NEF/H&R forum with the .357 Maximums, Ackley Improveds, etc. A .25-20 is one cool setup, definitely outside the norm.

Kid,

It looks so weird to me to see an AR-style collapsible stock against the case-hardened finish of an NEF/H&R... I bet its a fun pack gun, gotta love the easy handling of single shots... Thanks for the reply.

They have rifled barrels now, cool.
When I got my 12, 16, 20, 28 and spare .410 pipe back in 1999 they didn't offer any rifled shot gun barrels.

Yep, it even comes with rifle sights on it, a la Tracker II.

There's a lot of cool stuff available now. I just wish I had a rifle frame to go with it. In time...

I thought NEF had to change out the barrels for you.

But If I had a .410 I would be thinking Mad Max(SBS)

I saw one NEF .410 for sale at a gun shop, it was cut all the way down to an AOW. It had about a 5'' barrel and the stock was so far cut down it was all most gone. Back then I didn't know Maine allowed CCW such as AOW's.

kid_couteau. Nice picture but it is really half-stepping without rails and a bayonet lug. :)
