Texas, if you will click on the post number in the top right corner of the post you want to get the link for (like this is post #2), it will open a new window and the address bar will have the address to that post number. Just highlight the address in the address bar and copy/paste to wherever you want to put it.

... and another method is to right click on the post number and copy the address from the Properties window. That info is already imbedded in the screen data and no additional linking is required.
