It's a Classic Arms Ace. It comes in kit form and is on the low end of kits.

Yep, its an Ace Kit gun. Sometimes called a New orleans Ace.
They were around way back there in the 70's/80's. Supposedly a re-pop of a "gamblers" pistol.
It should be safe to fire as its modern made.
