Does anyone use IMR4895 in a 7mm Rem Mag?

If so do you use magnum primers ?
I'm thinking of using fed. 210 primers.
What's are your thoughts?

I think 4895 is a bit fast for the 7mm Rem Mag; but I did check an older Speer book I have and it shows a load using IMR 4895 for the 130gr. Speer bullet. Looks like 46 to 50 grains using CCI 250 Primers though.

I shoot the heavier bullets with the slower powders, so i can't offer any insight on this combination.

In the 7mm Remington Magnum, I get great results with RL 22 and regular large rifle primers.

IMR 4895 may not be the best choice, but try it you might be surprised how well it can perform with the lighter weight slugs. Chief aka Maxx Load

I've been loading RL22 with a hornady 139 gr. sst and a CT 140 BT
But I'm doing a little tickering to see if I can get better groups ?
