I apologize for all the Bit&hing, pissing, and moaning that I have been doing over the past few weeks about my G36!! It WAS my own damn fault!! When I replaced the stock slide stop lever, I tweeked the spring!! I took it into my FFL to have it sent back to Glock last weekend, and heard back from the armorer Tuesday. When I installed the extended slide stop lever, I tweeked the spring!! The armorer had replaced the lever with a stock part, but forgot to check the condition of the spring. This time, before he sent it off, he gave the pistol a thorough going over and discovered the anomoly. He put 50 flawless rounds through it before he called me and I just put another 100 flawless rounds through it today!!!!

Again, I apologise for being such a pain in the arse to all of you!!!

Sometimes, it's the stone stupid things that cause the most troubles.

Good to hear a once dependable pistol is back to it's normal self.

yes that is why you put that top pin in first and then you lay the spring underneath it. :D

denfoote - not all of us are born with the genius of John Browning. Like you, Mortals like myself learn from classes and mistakes.

Glad it turned out to be something cheap and easy! Seems like that's seldom the case for me :)
