That's not the mag that goes with that gun.
But maybe there is something else. I'll keep looking.

Holster's on backwards?

I'm going to say that you've got the wrong mag for this gun. It looks more like a Walther P99 mag..

Holster is on the right way(Im a lefty)....it is the right mag...keep looking. This might be a tricky one....kinda subtle.

I dunno that holster still looks like it's upside down

I have to agree with Skunkabilly, even for a Southpaw the holter looks upside down.
I'll keep lookin:D

Two things: you have a thumbsnap on the holster and a gun condom on the stock.

Is it a left handed holster on the right side? Looks like a rear cant instead of a forward cant.

Arin;
Geez, you'd think some of those off-siders could do the mirror-image thing in their head. I, being a proper-handed person, don't see a thing wrong with the holster. But, if I might ask a question? Where's da pin?

There's nobody wearing those pants!!!

The holster is being routed thru the belt.
Also im not sure if this is the oil on the gun or you used a clone stamp to extend the cocking serrations.
Just a guess.

There are actually two separate belts in the picture?

The M is a W on the gun!

Wow, I cant believe that none of you have even gotten close.
The holster is not upside down, or inside out...however it is much closer to the buckle than it would ever be when I wear it...but that isnt what is wrong with the picture.
hint:
Look at the pants.
Another hint....play with the brightness level on your computer monitor...My monitor may be set different than yours....subtle differences come out when you mess with the contrast and brightness.

Ok. I'll take a stab. As a fellow Steyr owner, I should get this one.
The trigger guard safety is up and the controlling lever(s) looks in the down position.
or maybe the reflection of the cartridges on the gun bult.

no...look at the pants.

i figured that's what it was before i read down....the pants don't have belt buckles, and they use a cinch strap system to stay tight. BUT, you have a belt and belt holster in the pic.
edit: der, belt LOOPS.

The rightmost cartridge in looks like it might be a little larger than the others that are 9mm. Maybe a .40?

I'm just guessing, but could it be that you bought a Steyr instead of a Walther?:D

Blue86 got it...The pants DO NOT have belt loops.
Jeez, my fiance got this one in 15 seconds. And she is practically anti.

Why do you have a pair of pants with fake tactical belt loops? THat's like having an M4 with a pinned open collapsible stock.

Arin your engaged? you poor guy :D Just kidding. Btw how are those steyrs anyway? I was going to get one a while back but went for the browning hi power instead.

June 29, 2003, 07:05 PM
Well, we do have an Ar 15 with a pinned open stock...maybe that is how I ended up with the pants.

June 29, 2003, 11:56 PM
whee! as soon as I looked at the pants, and saw those tabs sticking in from either side, i knew they weren't normal. plus, your fiance cheated....i'm sure she's seen the pants before, and knows they don't have beltloops. :D
Fake tactical belt loops? those are seams...
Akurat: i'm guessing that because of the shadow, you can't see the LH side of the midde and left cartridge, however the light is reflecting off the middle one enough to see the LH side of the RH cartridge.
megatronrules: you obviously haven't seen his pic of his fiance shooting the M9, with the requisite caption. i wouldn't call him a poor guy ;)
edit: not only because of her, but because she's shooting a gun too! (any enjoying it by the looks of it)

Megatron, dont feel sorry for me...I coudnt have found a better woman. And I said she is "practically anti"....which isnt the same as anti...so dont anyone get me wrong. She doesnt have a problem with guns, and she will shoot them if I beg her (and usually seems to enjoy herself)...but other than that, she doesnt understand the interest.
Oh, and the M9 is a great gun, for me anyway....I love it. VERY mild recoil, and stone cold reliable...pretty accurate too.

I don't want to sound sexist but Leave it to a women to notice the pants.
I had that problem once at a buddies wedding. We were all going to wear our guns under our tuxs. We all forgot that Tuxs don't have belt loops!!! We needed to all bring should rigs which none of us have! Oh well we still took some pics with the guns. It was fun.
