Can anyone explain to me the use of the rifle shooting glove? I'm talking about the type used by high-power shooters. What is it for? Does it make for a more stable shooting off hand?

It gives you another platform to use when shooting off hand. Takes some of the stress of holding the firearm and provides a bigger area to hold it.
