Things where I live are considerably less expensive. Still though, price have gone up.

Literally the only things I shoot anymore are my 22s.

Yeah, I was at the same gun show and was blown away by the $600 SKS. But I was even more blown away by the fact that you can now buy Saigas in CA. I thought anything built on a Kalashnikov action is verboten. What gives?

What gives? The Saigas I've seen do not have pistol grips :barf: so they stand out as true abortions of their former selves....but from a CA POV, maybe the battle is just getting one into the collection and not worry about the asthetics :scrutiny:
