My priest offered me one of these (http://www.kimberamerica.com/pistols/custom/stainlesstarget.php) in 9mm. Kimber Custom Stainless Target II.

never fired. 3 new factory mags. He's even tossed in a paddle holster (it's only so helpful as it's for a righty and I'm a southpaw).

He's asking for $800 and the site says msrp of $1113. ...course, when I went after my Kahr K9 my local shop offered the bargain basement price of $700, and I found one online for $450. So...in that I know little about 1911s, I thought I'd ask.

its a poor deal. i overpaid for my kimber 1911 9mm at 780, and i have regretted it ever since buying it. i sold it for 550, no one would pay anymore and i had a hard time finding a buyer at 550. i would not pay anything over 650 for the gun, they dont hold resale at all.

Yes my priest has guns. He was trying to get his wife into shooting, but she couldn't rack the slide on this one. Alas.
