Ordered Ken Null's SMZ shoulder holster for a S&W M65. Sent in the order form and payment by mail on July 5, received the holster on the 12th. Price? $55 shipped. Liked the fact that it was out of the ordinary (also like the Mauser C96 for that reason) and that it seemed to work well.

Retention: I have repeatedly thrown a 1911 out of a GI shoulder rig while working - so I wanted to make sure that retention was good. Fell asleep with the SMZ on, with the revolver unloaded. Still attached when I woke up.
Concealment: Under any collared shirt (polo, oxford - not a t-shirt), the gun is not noticeable (strap going behind the neck can possibly be seen if you're wearing a t-shirt). The muzzle prints a bit (4" barrel)... but I've seen a lot of folks with shirts blousing up there, so it's hardly a giveaway.
Attachment: The suspender-snap is very handy... apparently doesn't hold for some folks during vigorous activities, but it's held just fine for me. If you're doing a lot of running or some such, you probably want to put your belt through the loop provided for extra stability.
Drawstroke: Not silent, but quick and positive - with a little practice. Follow the instructions provided and it works pretty well.
Comfort - with a 'heavy' gun like the M65, you know it's there. Put in my CZ-70 (the holster can hold other guns - but they may rattle around), and the weight wasn't noticeable in the least. Wider straps might help with the weight, but they could detract from concealment. I don't know - works well for me thus far.

If anybody's looking for a deep-concealment shoulder rig - I'd recommend this one. It's pretty versatile - wear it under a coat, under a tucked polo shirt, belt not required. I'll probably get another for my CZ 70... or buy a PPK and get one for that, since it seems ideal for smaller autos/revolvers... might try to rig it up as a double-holster system.
