ZMP-CTR--There are a bunch of downloadable target sites on the I'net. The one I usually use is www.Targetz.com Their targets are free and you are free to copy them. That's an attitude I can live with! :)

My procedure is to download and print one copy of each target in which I'm interested, then wait until Kinko's or Office Max or Office Depot or the local equivalent has a sale on copies, and have 'em run off a bunch for me. Better to use up their toner than mine.
