I doubt a 9mm blank gun can handle the pressures of an acutal 9mm round. It would also be a huge hassle getting it all to work. Do yourself a favor and save up to buy a real gun, unless you're too young to do so. In that case, forget about it.

A blank firing replica cannot safely (and in many parts of the world legally) be converted to fire live ammo as it doesn't have a real barrel, and is likely not made out of steel (most are made out of pot-metal).

If you live someplace where real guns are not legal, you should abandon this plan completely. If you live someplace where guns are legal and you are legally able to posses them, sell the blank pistol and buy a real gun ... it will be cheaper than having a gunsmith "convert" your blank gun (and by "convert" I mean build an entire new gun using a couple of parts from your blank gun)

Edit
After looking at your profile, I have better advice: First move out of the UK and stop being a criminal.
