Hi! I really don't know if here is a right place I can put this message, I just found the time keep me on " login" status is too short to me, sometimes I just want to post a reply message, but I already in" log out" status and have to login again. where can I change it or put this message?
Thanks!

This is the correct place for the question.
No, you can't change the time window for logouts, that is, the amount of time during which if you do not access the system in any way, it will log you off automatically. (It's set to 20 min. for everybody.)
However, there are a couple of work-arounds that should solve your problem. If you don't want to be auto-logged off, access the system in some way while you're composing a post or whatever you're doing in the idle time. Open a new window to THR, refresh the screen every now and then, etc.
A better solution is to check off the "Remember me" check box every time you login. The auto-logoff will still happen, but it will be transparent to you. When you come back after the idle time, you will be auto-logged in.
