Best way to clean matte finish

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum.
I just picked up my new S&W 627, when strait to the range and put 100 through it.
This is my matte finish gun and I can't get it as clean as I would like, I'm using "GunScrubber". Is there something else that works better?
