GOEC Chemical Mace (tm) non-lethal weapon

Today was the day of our subdivision's yard sale and I found something kind of interesting: a GOEC Chemical Mace (tm) non-lethal weapon, with an S&W-marked leather holster. It still had a cartridge (Chemical Mace, Mark V) in it, marked as made in 1991. It's still full and will fire.

When got home, I went to the Galls web site, but didn't see any cartridges for it. A web search didn't turn up anything either. Does anyone still mark cartridges for these? If not, I'm only out $4.00.

I'm still curious whether anyone knows where I can get cartridges for this thing.
