I just bought a new 12 guage Express, and the ShurShot 1 1/8 oz that I was shooting kept jaming in the chamber. I think the brass was expanding on the ShurShots, I thought these were supposed to be good shells. Does anyone else have this problem with the 870? What other shells should I try? Maybe some high brass?

From other people who have posted and having the same type problem, it could be that you need to give your new 870 a good internal scrubbing to get rid of the manufacturing grease/debris. A new gun isn't necessarily a clean one, especially in the chamber.

Did you follow the cleaning procedure in the manual? DO that, and see if the prob goes away.
