Otis Solvent AKA Break Free CLP?

Does anyone know it the solvent that comes with the Otis kits is actually Break Free CLP? I was using my Otis kit today and noticed my solvent (what little they include) was very low. It sure seems like Break Free but I'm not certain. :scrutiny:
