my father is looking at getting into some skeet shooting with his boss. we have always shot clays in our back yard, but i guess that skeet is a lot faster. he really likes the look and feel of the condor. plus..... the price tag is a little bit more down to earth. $399 brand new compared to 750-3000$. i dont know much about shotguns, i know more about rifles. so i wanted to see if any of you gentlemen have had any experiacne with them. i would guess that there not so bad if benelli is letting them use their internals on there semi autos? but thats just my hunch. thanks guys, brian

Brian, the internal parts of the Stoeger semiauto are not Benelli parts. They are made in Turkey and are not the quality of the real Benelli. It is a poor clone of the real thing. Rather crude imitation. I had one and I hated it. I traded it to some poor unfortunate. He soon got disgusted with it and traded it. Benelli licenses the Turkish company to use the inertia operating system.
As far as the O/U is concerned, I rather like the looks of them. I don't have one but I have considered one. They sell for $299 at Dick's. I prefer the Condor for light shooting and upland hunting. For heavy duty use, bite the bullet and get a used brand name O/U, such as Franchi. SKB, Browning, etc.
For pure recreation, you will find it hard to beat the Condor.

i was givin a fabrique national semi auto shotgun. i was trying to figure out exactly what it is but i cant find any numbers on it. the reciever has a high back end, and the barrel moves backwards which opperates the bolt, loading system. it has a weird stock on it. there is a picture of a naked women laying down. i dont know if this is a special stock, or an aftermarket? can anyone help identify this gun, or point me in a direction to go? thanks guys, brian

It sound like you have a Belgian made A-5.
Do a search for Browning A-5, they are good gun provided that they have been taken care of.
