C More zero problems

Ok, so I have read the directions and still don't get it. The sight shoots about six inches high with the iron sights, and the dot is about off the paper. Any suggestions? My gun has a 16" barrel, I think the rear sight is for a 20" gun.

I have the dot split in half with the top of the front sight. Using this hold, rounds impact high, about 10 inches. Using the iron sights without the dot, the impact is about 6 inches. The gun is being zeroed at 25 yards, on an M 16 zero target.

zero the dot at 100 yards.


do not look through the rear sight.
