Don't know about your state, but cougars are NOT vermin in MT

That is, you need a license and be in season etc, unless it is an immediate self defense situation. (in which the best solution is probably SSS ;) )

Well this one has been taking animals over the past month I believe. In Wa. state the same laws apply.
