Barrett 50 BMG when he shot down the chopper. I would assume the other was a Rem 700 of some sort. The one he was taking down people with. Did not see it very well. After that is was a .22

408 CheyTac was the main weapon in the Movie(the one with the non working firing pin, and the same one he shot a can of soup with in the beginning). Windrunner.

Chey-Tac M-200, chambered in (I'm assuming) .408 Cheyenne Tactical.

You, too can own one, for a mere $13,995... and that's for the M-200 CIV civilian model... apparently it's not as accurate as the one they sell to big gubbermint.

Sorry, forgot to add the costs of the weather sensing software, ballistics-enabled PALM PC, and all the other things that the Cheyenne team use to set their world-record group of 16 5/8" at 2321 yards. Everything that Mark Wahlberg didn't have lying on that rock, shooting at beef stew.

From Cheytac.com :
The CheyTac M-200 changed the world of military sniper deployment and took on all competitors breaking the Best Group All Distance World's Record. Since that time consumers have wanted the M-200 but we at CheyTac Associates have a duty to those who serve and as such we never want our incredible technology to fall into the wrong hands. Therefore we developed the M-200 CIV to have the same look and feel of the Military version but in a package that keeps the extreme distance edge with the front line forces of the US and our allies.

Same look and feel, but not as good as the real deal.... :barf::barf::barf:

Though I have a general distrust of Wikipedia, I looked and found this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shooter_%282007_film%29) page to be accurate. I cross checked the guns listed in the Trivia section with the film and they were all there. There was also a .22 and an AR of some sort. Pretty nice arsenal... wish I could have that Chey-Tac... dang California "no .50 cal" law. :(

There is no restriction on the .408 CheyTac.

don't do anything different at all with the civilian model. It's tripe. They claim to, but no discernable difference has been found from the civilian model to the military one.
But it's still way too much money for a rifle.
