I've got a couple I'd like to post on the "Smilie" thread but don't know how to do it. They're saved in a folder in "My Documents".

When replying to a post, look to the lower left of the screen below the smilies. You'll see:

Attach file:
Maximum size: 153600 bytes

From there, look directly to the right. You'll see a text box and a button next to it that says, "Browse..."

Click that button and go to your "My Documents" folder.

Note: You can only attach one file at a time.

And...seemed to work! How do you make them automatically appear?

I don't think an attachment is what you want in this case. It's not usually necessary and it is a waste of THR's disk space, a small waste for sure, but a waste nonetheless.

You need to upload the image to a server somewhere and then add an image tag set (IMG) to it in your post. Most ISP's include some disk space for their users to upload images, html pages, text, etc. My guess however is that you got the smiley somewhere on web. See if you can locate it again and just use that site for the link.

A simple search found many sites with that smiley. For example: http://users.pandora.be/IMS/smileys/
That site even makes it easy as it has the tags and text required to include the image.
