Replacement blades for S&W rear sights?

Just wondering if I could replace the rear sight blade on my SW66 with a wider notch blade? Are replacement blades available? Thank you.

You can, but it is a pain; basically the whole sight has to be taken apart and you have to break one of the screws to do that. Brownell's sells rear sight blade kits.
