The markings and the sheath say Russell to the era says to me likely enough Dozier - and I wish there was a better history on the Russell era in particular short runs of in the style of name blades.

I'm betting it's a post-Harry Morseth as well considering the original AG Russell receipt is dated 1987. I agree it probably makes it a Dozier made Morseth or one that Harry's son, Steve, made.

that's a beautiful piece of work and the sheath is gorgeous too. The whole rig reminds me a bit of an old Ralph Bone Model A combat knife I picked up ages ago.
