Loose Glock Takedown Lever

One of my Glocks (G23) has developed a slightly loose takedown lever. It has just a little play from side to side. It's just loose enough that if I press on it, it becomes flush with the frame. It's still fully functional, but it has me concerned. Is this a big deal, or am I worrying for nothing?

It's not a problem. The spring that holds it in place applies only upward tension, there's nothing other than the frame keeping it from moving side to side.

The spring is getting weak and should be relaced. It is a good idean to have a set of springs on hand in case you need to do a replacement. You can order springs from www.lonewolfdist.com or www.topglock.com .
