PM box, move msgs to folder or fwd to an e-mail addy

Is there a way that I can remove msgs from my PM count by fwding those PMs to a conventional, non THR, e-mail addy?

There is an option on the PM page to download messages in 1 of 3 formats, bottom right side of the screen. I use the CSV option, which saves them as a file that can be opened in "notepad".
