In order to keep myself from storing too many different types of reloading components, I'd like to ask for some experienced input into which bullet I can use for all three of these rifles.
I'll be looking at loads for acurate results from 100 to 200 yds.
7.5mm Swiss K31
1898 30-40 Krag
30-06 M1 Garand
Thank you

I load for all three, and I like the Remington 165gr SP, available from Midway (and perhaps other sources):

For the Garand, I just use the same powder charge as with 168gr match bullets (I have both .308 and .30-'06 Garands). For the Krag, mine are very forgiving. For the Swiss, I load a bulk surplus powder that is approximately 4831 speed.
The bullet is not a match bullet, but it can hold the 10 ring at 200 yards from an accurized Garand or the Swiss (I've never tried the Krag over 100 yards). I've hunted deer with that bullet in the Garand. I used it and a K31 in the Vintage Military match at Camp Perry this year and came in 6th.
The only worry I would have is whether your Krag will feed more-or-less pointed bullets.

Yes, I've thought abot the round nose on the Krag bullet. Let me ask you, do you always load your Krag through the magazine door ? or can you single load it directlly into the ejection port ?

I have 3, two are 1898 rifles, one is a Ruger #3. I typically feed out of the magazine on the 1898 rifles.
The whole purpose of the magazine cut-off on the left rear of the receiver is to facilitate single round feeding, holding the magazine in reserve until the bad guys come on in a rush.

My Krag was a gift from my father in law. Whe he got it, it had already been sporterized. Barrle cut to 26", etc. I replaced the stock to a Krag carbine stock from Boyds.
The magazine cut-off had been removed, I guess I can replace it, but can't I single load without it ?

It will work fine.
