HK91 finish and bolt gap

I am interested in buying a HK91. It's description from the dealer is as follows: "Bolt gap is a pristine .016, bore is mint and could pass for unfired. Nato sling, Nato light bipod, IA(1980) date code, last of the beautiful HK grey finished guns I believe also."
My questions are is it correct that the finish of the muzzle break match the Nato bipod rather than the finish of the barrel and receiver? Also is that a good bolt gap reading? Anything else I should ask about?
Thanks!

:scrutiny: I think the photo makes the disparity in finish appear more than it really is.
The FS and bipod finishes normally do look a little different than the rest of the gun, but not THAT different.
Are there other pics, or just the one? You want to see the top of the receiver to make sure there are no claw marks, and the ejection port to see how chipped up the finish is there.
The bolt gap IMO is not a concern.
A2 or A3 stock?
Any Extras-- mags, cleaning kit, 22 conversion kit (you wish), claw mount, bayonet, etc.
Good luck. It's a great gun. I love mine.

Looks like a nice rifle.
That's not a normal HK trigger.
Find out what kind of trigger it is, and whether anything was done to the mechanism.

It looks like a PSG-1 trigger that is missing the trigger shoe.

Looks like a Williams set trigger mod-very nice. Are you buying for $1600-1800?

Thanks for your help everyone. Yes, the seller told me it is a Williams set trigger. Gordon, I am paying $1850 including shipping, which also includes the HK manual, Nato bipod, extra German parts including rollers, firing pin, extractor, the piece that holds the rollers in the bolthead and the pin for that piece, and a few more parts, and 22 alloy mags. Seems like a reasonable price.

Sounds like a good deal.
I'd jump on it if I didn't already have one.

Yeah, I'll also concur on the WTS trigger job (~$200). It also looks like he has a Tac-Latch installed, wich is a nice alternative to installing the HK paddle.
It sounds like a good deal to me.
